Dr. Inad Al-Qurashi is a multidisciplinary researcher and engineer with expertise spanning structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and computer vision. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, alongside multiple advanced degrees including an M.S. in Structural Engineering Materials, an M.S. in Structures & Geotech, and an M.S. in Computer Vision. His research integrates cutting-edge AI with civil infrastructure, focusing on bridge deck inspection, damage detection, and multimodal imaging systems such as infrared and ultrasound. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Al-Qurashi brings practical experience as a site manager and quality control engineer on large-scale projects, as well as a strong teaching record in civil engineering and materials science. He is also certified in Project Management (PMP), Fundamentals of Engineering (FE), and LEED Green Associate, combining technical innovation with professional leadership in sustainable and resilient infrastructure"
Dr. Mastour

Dr. Mastour Alsulami is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at Taif University with expertise in structural rehabilitation, construction materials, and repair techniques. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, where he specialized in innovative methods for strengthening and restoring deteriorated structures. With professional experience as a consultant engineer on the Third Saudi Expansion of the Holy Mosque and as a site engineer with Dar Al-Handasah, Dr. Alsulami brings a strong blend of industry and academic expertise. His research focuses on structural repair, durability, and advanced materials, including fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) applications and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. He is also an active contributor to the field through publications, training courses, and certifications with the American Concrete Institute (ACI), combining practical insight with cutting-edge research to advance sustainable and resilient infrastructure"
